When canceling an order or requesting a refund via Tabby or Tamara, there are two different percentages.

- Refundable percentage

- Non-refundable percentage

We would like to inform you that regarding your request for a refund or cancellation of orders, which were made via the payment method Tabby or Tamara.

The first percentage is refundable.

When a customer orders a product and this product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect or fault, the customer has the right to return it. This returnable percentage allows the customer to return the product and get its value back and means that you can get a full refund when canceling the order or requesting a return or replacing it with another product. This right is one of the important rights of customers to ensure their satisfaction and confidence in the purchasing process. Therefore, customers should make sure to know the return policy of the company or institution they are dealing with before making a purchase.


The second is a non-refundable percentage.

It is a non-refundable percentage, which means that the full payment amount cannot be refunded when canceling the order or requesting a return. There are non-refundable fees . Please note that when you pay using Tabby or Tamara, they use the payment gateway to process the amounts from your card, and when canceling the order, 3% plus 1 riyal will be deducted from the order value and this percentage will be used as the cost of returning the amount to you. Tabby, Tamara, or the Vib Al Madinah store do not return interest on this amount. Please make sure of your order before completing.
